Returning to work after a period of long-term absence is often a significant transition. We have coached hundreds of returners globally and we understand how to support individuals and organisations to ensure that the transition out of and back to work is as successful and positive as possible.
Many of our coachees tell us they want to know more about how other professionals manage their maternity leave and shared parental leave, and return back to work. Line manager support
In our experience, coaching-led workshops can help line managers to identify and better support the specific challenges faced by those on long term transition. Our workshops are highly interactive, helping attendees to develop their language and toolkit around transition orientated challenges.
We also coach line managers on a 1:1 basis where there is a specific need.
