Returner Coaching


We coach and train women who are wanting to return to the workplace after several years absence. We almost always engage with their employer too, advising them on:

  • how to attract and identify talented returners

  • the design and deliver of a wider programme of support across the organisation

  • making it work day to day – how to develop, challenge and manage returners

Our offer includes:

  • workshops and written material to better equip line managers and HR professionals

  • 1:1 returner coaching pre-start and throughout the transition

  • coaching-led group workshops, helping to build individual confidence as well as a community of returners
