Legal has been at the heart of The Tall Wall since we began. Our founding clients were law firms and it remains our most established sector, spanning Magic Circle, national and international practices and the London offices of US firms.

Over 95% of our clients are in professional and financial services, and every coach comes from this world – former lawyers, Big Four Partners, consultants and bankers among them. They understand the partnership model, billable hours, the tension between fee-earning and leadership, and the cultural nuances between firms.
