Veronica is an experienced executive coach accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
She works with leaders who find themselves at turning points: moments of change or conflict such as stepping into more senior roles, leading new teams, or facing complex challenges. These moments are often met with a growing sense that how they lead, not just what they do, may need to evolve. Many of her clients seek coaching at this point to create the space to think more clearly, gain perspective and explore new ways of leading.
Clients value her calm presence, deep listening and thoughtful challenge. She builds deep trust with her clients and creates safe reflective spaces where leaders can slow down and explore what sits beneath the surface of their leadership: the patterns, beliefs, values and relational dynamics that shape how they see, relate and show up.
Veronica believes that leaders often hold more insight and possibility that they realise. Her work supports them to expand awareness, reconnect with their values and lead more intentionally.
Veronica is a strong advocate for women in leadership, and she especially enjoys working with women navigating leadership alongside motherhood.
Veronica has built her career over the last three decades working within large global organisations across the UK and USA, including leadership roles in Finance and HR. She brings a pragmatic understanding of organisational realities combining commercial perspective with deep human insight.
Originally from Bilbao, Spain, she coaches in both Spanish and English. She lives in London and is the proud mother of three sons, her greatest source of learning, purpose, and inspiration.
