She has particular expertise in cross-cultural communication, shaped by her Japanese heritage and 25 years of living and working across London, Tokyo, Dubai, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Her approach is warm, structured, and purposeful. Clients describe Tami as perceptive, calm, and direct, with an ability to surface what matters and translate insight into action.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Neuro-transformational Coach (CNTC), working in 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and workshop formats.

Before coaching, Tami practised as a corporate lawyer at Clifford Chance and GE International, and later held senior lecturer roles at leading law schools in the UK and Japan. She has delivered leadership development and coaching programmes for Magic Circle, Big Four and global law firms, multinational corporations, and startups. She splits her time between Dubai and London and regularly works across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East.
