Approach

Sarae is a leadership coach, trainer and facilitator who works with Partners, Directors and senior leaders across professional and financial services. She focuses particularly on women, at the point in the pipeline where capable people begin paying too high a price for performing well. Clients often come when moving into a bigger role, returning from maternity leave, facing a career crossroads or creating impact under sustained pressure.

‍

Her style is warm, lively and direct. She is quick to hear what sits beneath the presenting issue, then challenges assumptions and tests new approaches through experiments between sessions. Clients report sharper thinking, stronger influence and greater control over their time and energy. One Big Four Partner, who extended her coaching into a fourth year, says: “The impact of working with Sarae is tangible.”

Background

Sarae began her career as an aeronautical engineer, designing landing gear for the Eurofighter Typhoon, before moving into people development. She later held senior roles at PA Consulting and KPMG, then at London Business School and Oxford Saïd, where she was an Associate Director. She understands these cultures and their pressures from the inside. Her own burnout shapes her conviction that high performance must be sustainable. Since leaving employment in 2020, she has worked with clients including KPMG, EY, Deloitte, A&O Shearman and Channel 4. She is accredited at PCC level with the International Coaching Federation and Hogan certified. She draws on coaching psychology, neuroscience and embodiment within a trauma-informed practice.
