Approach

Sara is passionate about empowering her clients to work through challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and appreciate how they relate and engage with people in the complex organisational systems in which they work.

At the heart of her coaching is a balance of challenge and support. She brings a nuanced and thoughtful approach shaped by her own experience as a leader, her research and academic practice, and her breadth of work across diverse organisations. With deep attention and curiosity, she enables leaders to work through challenges with inner confidence and bravery – qualities that then show up positively in how they engage with others. She takes a practical, human-centred approach to her conversations which help clients unlock issues they may not have previously been able to think their way out of.

Some of the key areas she supports clients with include leading through uncertainty and being in a space of ‘not knowing’; navigating the complexity of relationships, particularly with internal and external stakeholders; managing significant transitions and developing confidence in their own voice; and building high-performing teams.
