Neel Arya

Neel is an experienced executive coach and executive educator, working with senior and emerging executive talent and high potential leaders. He is passionate about helping clients to enhance their leadership performance and impact, navigate transitions with confidence and re-discover authenticity, purpose and meaning in their work.

His coaching approach focuses on the whole person, recognising that individuals operate within work, family and other systems in parallel. He uses creative forms of enquiry to raise awareness by accessing head, heart and intuitive intelligences. His approach is highly influenced by the field of design and the use of prototypes, experimentation and reflection to enable learning and growth.

Neel has had the privilege to coach across a wide variety of sectors including professional services, financial services, tech, fintech, biotech, energy & natural resources, FMCG and start-ups. He is British (of Indian origin), grew up in Switzerland and has worked internationally across a variety of cultures and countries. Neel’s coaching style is often described as ‘incisive, caring and challenging’ by his clients.

Before specialising in executive development, Neel held senior roles in consulting and finance. He is an ESIA and CSA accredited coaching supervisor and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), currently holding a Senior Practitioner Level credential for 1-1 coaching. He was trained in innovation techniques by ?WhatIf! and studied design with the Open University in the UK. Neel graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a 1st class honours degree in Economics.
