Liat is a leading parenting writer/expert, coach and consultant. She’s the author of six parenting books, published in more than 14 different countries, including: Help Your Child Cope with Change, How to Unplug Your Child, Five Minute Parenting Fixes (all Hachette imprint, Vie) and Raising Children: The Primary Years (Pearson).

She’s appeared regularly as a parenting expert on various media, such as Sky News, ITV News, Good Morning Britain, This Morning, the BBC World Service, BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live, and LBC.

For over 20 years, Liat has been a regular contributor of articles to national newspapers, including The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Independent and The Daily Telegraph, as well as to various specialist parenting magazines and websites. She was formerly the parenting advisor for Huffpost Parents UK, dealing with readers’ parenting problems.

Liat creates and runs virtual and in-person parenting seminars for prestigious global companies including law firms and investment banks.

Her approach is about helping parents find new perspectives and techniques, so they feel more in control and can rebalance their family lives and reduce stress.

Background

With experience in senior client-facing roles in management consultancy and as a parent herself, Liat understands first-hand the challenges of balancing work and family life.

She trained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School, holds ICF membership and has a degree in Management Sciences.
