Liat is an experienced executive coach who draws on insights from a varied 30-year career which has given her a unique understanding of both professional life and parenting, as a leading author and expert in that field.
Her coaching approach is practical, empathetic and jargon-free, with a dose of humour and constructive challenge. Her focus is on helping clients gain clarity, confidence and realistic strategies for the professional and personal challenges they face.
She particularly works with financial and professional services clients who are navigating balancing demanding work and family responsibilities, as well as those tackling major career or life transitions. Liat’s clients value her calm presence, her ability to create space for reflection, and her knack for bringing structure and simplicity to complex situations. She mixes coaching with mentoring according to client needs and preferences.
Liat spent the first decade of her career as a management consultant at leading firms including Accenture and KPMG, a boutique deal advisory firm working with private equity houses and a small venture capital company.
This was followed by over twenty years as a parenting writer. She is the author of five parenting books published by Hachette and Pearson in fourteen countries, and is a contributor to national and international media including the BBC, Sky News, the Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times and The Guardian. She is also an Ambassador for the charity Kidscape.
