She also brings academic-based research on transitioning to motherhood and returning to work in professional services firms into her work.

Kate brings a professional services background in consulting and law firms, working with business leaders and their teams during organisational change. Drawing on experience at a Big Four consulting firm and a specialist leadership development consultancy, Kate designs and delivers bespoke leadership programmes ensuring teams align around values, principles and goals that drive tangible business improvements.

She has worked and coached within many law firms, coaching HR Directors, delivering new Partner coaching alongside partner development programmes and supporting senior associates on the partner track.
