Fahrah Gulamhusein

Fahrah is an executive coach working with senior leaders and parents in high-performance environments. She is often engaged when experience and technical expertise are no longer the limiting factors – but clarity, alignment and relational impact are. She helps leaders see what they cannot see, confront what they have been avoiding, and lead with greater coherence and integrity.
Fahrah creates the conditions for honest, unfiltered conversations at the top. Titles and ego recede; clarity remains – about blind spots and leadership impact. This enables leaders to operate with greater accountability and steadiness under pressure. Clients describe her impact as strengthening their ability to think clearly in challenge, regulate emotion in conflict, and make well-judged decisions. The shift is from reacting to responding – from protecting status to leading with substance.
As an accredited workplace mediator, Fahrah also works with senior leadership pairs and teams where trust has eroded or power dynamics are impeding progress, helping them address root causes and move towards resolution with clarity and mutual respect.
Fahrah trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four firm, holding senior client-facing roles in audit across financial services before specialising into M&A advisory. She advised executive teams on the people and cultural implications of integrations and separations in environments where performance, politics and commercial risk were tightly interconnected.
She later held a Director-level role within a FTSE 100 organisation, leading global culture and transformation programmes aligned to business performance and strategic execution.
She also brings experience of working with neurodivergent professionals and families, supporting individuals to leverage cognitive differences as superpowers while navigating performance, identity, and expectations in neurotypical scenarios.
Her experience allows her to challenge senior leaders with credibility, hold difficult conversations with compassion, and sharpen thinking while staying connected to their purpose and values.
