Emma is a UK-based professional coach specialising in fertility and baby loss in the workplace. She supports individuals to navigate these experiences alongside their careers, and equips managers to respond with confidence, sensitivity and practical support.

Emma previously worked as an Employment Lawyer. She started her legal career with a multinational law firm, and after completing a short secondment to a multinational bank, she moved permanently in-house with a FTSE100 retailer. She spent over 13 years with these organisations, providing advice on a range of career and workplace issues.
Alongside her legal career, Emma experienced her own journey of unexplained infertility, recurrent IVF failure and recurrent loss, and the profound impact this had on her personal and professional life. Coaching played a transformative role in helping her navigate this period, inspiring her to retrain and support others facing similar challenges.
