Approach

Delphine works with global leaders, partners, and senior executives navigating complex organisational landscapes where pressure, ambiguity, and political dynamics intersect. With over 5,000 hours of executive coaching experience, her clients often seek a space to think more clearly, challenge ingrained patterns, and navigate difficult decisions – translating greater clarity and discernment into stronger performance and delivery.

Drawing on both a psychodynamic perspective and deep commercial experience, Delphine helps senior leaders make sense of the human dynamics that shape leadership under pressure – particularly in multicultural, fast-evolving, and high-stakes environments. Her work is especially valued by leaders operating across complex stakeholder networks, where competing agendas, uncertainty, and rapid change require both strategic clarity and emotional maturity.

Known for her incisive and thought-provoking style, Delphine creates the conditions for leaders to step back from operational intensity, sharpen their thinking, and lead with greater intentionality and resilience.

Background

Before transitioning into executive coaching, Delphine spent 15 years living and working across Asia, Europe, and the United States. She began her career at BNP Paribas, supporting the launch of a newly established bank in Malaysia as Business Manager to the CEO, before moving into corporate banking with multinational clients. Working across cultures and high-pressure business environments gave her firsthand insight into executive complexity, organisational politics, and leadership at scale.

Delphine coaches in English and French and partners with senior leaders and international leadership teams across Financial Services, Professional Services, and global organisations. She is an affiliated executive coach on leadership programmes at INSEAD, Cambridge Judge Business School, and Columbia Business School.
