Approach

Claire is an Executive Coach to senior leaders and board members (current and aspiring) who are typically at a crossroads in their career, heading towards a new leadership role, or feeling stuck, and often juggling work and life pressures.

‍

Claire brings deep understanding of the career structures and leadership challenges of organisations as diverse as the Big 4, corporates, law firms, the NHS, universities, sport governing bodies, government departments and regulators.

‍

She coaches with compassion and challenge so that clients feel able to untangle complex situations and expand their perspective on what is possible. She builds strong relationships to enable trust, honesty, directness and positive action.

‍

Claire’s clients feel a renewed sense of confidence, potential and practical action about their career, life and wellbeing, as well as a deeper sense of themselves and their impact on others.
