Ajit is an organisational psychologist and business leader with over 20 years’ experience spanning professional services, financial services, and private equity. He was formerly Head of People & Organisation at Investec plc, where he worked closely with the executive team on culture, leadership, and organisational transformation. He co-founded two consulting practices, Blacklight Advisory and Inside Edge Advisory, and was a visiting faculty member at the London School of Economics and University College London. He is also Pro-Chancellor and Trustee of the University of Essex and currently teaches at the Tavistock Centre on the Masters and Doctoral programmes in Consulting. Ajit is also co-author of What Lies Beneath: How Organisations Really Work (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021).
