Bryan is a coach, coach supervisor, and leadership development expert focused on working with senior teams and leaders to enhance their performance and to positively shape the climate they create for others. He began his career as an engineer at BMW before moving internally to concentrate on coaching and team development. His career spans financial services, health care, defence and infrastructure, manufacturing, and professional sports, across private and public sector organisations.

Bryan works with teams to shift their perspective and mindset, which leads to attitude and behaviour change. This is achieved through using data, feedback, reflection, dialogue, and agitation to drive insight and action. His typical clients are in highly visible leadership positions with responsibility for organisational strategy, culture, and performance.

Bryan is trained in systemic team coaching and aims to include the team’s culture, organisational context, and stakeholder relations in his work so solutions are meaningful and have impact.
